Hotel Heian no Mori Kyoto's Japanese restaurant, "Rakuraku," has introduced a new menu item: "Rakuga" hand-rolled sushi.

Eighteen varieties of ingredients are offered.

The selection features toppings conceived by the head chef, including seasonal delicacies and ingredients inspired by the ancient capital, Kyoto.
