Kyoto x Paris: Exhibition to be Held in Kyoto and Nihonbashi as Part of "Kyoto Crafts Market Development Support Project"
Kyoto is currently celebrating the 60th anniversary of its friendship pact with Paris. In collaboration, artisans and artists from both cities are engaging in mutual exchange.
The "Kyoto Crafts Market Development Support Project" is underway, aiming to foster the creation of new works geared towards the art market.
Ten collaborative works by ten artist pairs have now been completed. These will be exhibited at "Maison & Objet," one of Europe's largest interior design trade fairs, and will also be showcased in galleries in Paris and at department stores in Kyoto and Nihonbashi.
