Now in its 22nd year, 'Koumi Roasted' has, since its launch in 1998, consistently featured the rich aroma and body derived from its meticulous roasting process. These new products have been crafted with an unwavering commitment to maximizing that very aroma and flavor.

The standout innovation is the new 'Aroma Vacuum Freezing Technology.' This proprietary Nescafe technique combines two processes: 'Aromatic Roast,' where beans, selected by artisans from over a thousand combinations, are roasted to the ideal degree to maximize aroma and flavor, and 'Vacuum Aroma Extraction,' which instantly freezes the aroma released at the moment the roasted beans are crushed, under vacuum and at ultra-low temperatures.

By freezing and sealing the aroma that rises from the ground roasted beans, an exquisite, refined fragrance unfolds simply by pouring hot water, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

Regular soluble coffee is made by carefully micro-grinding roasted coffee beans, mixing them with Nestlé's unique coffee extract, drying the mixture, and then encapsulating it within soluble coffee powder. By sealing micro-ground beans within the soluble coffee powder, contact with air, a cause of oxidation, is reduced, enabling the creation of the fresh aroma and taste of a freshly brewed cup.
