Hikari Miso has launched the "Koji no Hana" (Flower of Koji) series, a brand established with the concept of "koji products" made from carefully selected ingredients to provide family health and peace of mind. The new releases include "Koji no Hana Organic Barley Miso - No Additives" and "Koji no Hana Organic Brown Rice Miso - No Additives."

Hikari Miso is a Nagano-based miso manufacturer that offers miso products, focusing on "additive-free" and "organic" varieties, both domestically and internationally. The company has been dedicated to organic miso production for over 30 years, even before Japan's organic certification system was established, and holds the No. 1 position in Japan's organic miso market (※1).

The newly released "Koji no Hana Organic Barley Miso - No Additives" and "Koji no Hana Organic Brown Rice Miso - No Additives" are meticulously crafted products using organic barley, organic brown rice, and organic soybeans.

Made with organic barley, organic soybeans, and sun-dried salt. Characterized by the rich aroma unique to barley koji. To make it approachable even for those unaccustomed to the strong sweetness of barley miso, it is finished with a clear sweetness achieved through a 15-wari koji fermentation.

Koji no Hana Organic Brown Rice Miso - No Additives:
Made with organic brown rice, organic soybeans, and salt from a flat-pan evaporation process. Characterized by the deep umami and aroma derived from brown rice koji through long-term aging. Enjoy the delightful texture of the brown rice grains.
