Creamy, Juicy Chicken and a Slightly Bitter Cake for a Delicious Holiday!

Reservations are accepted from November 15 (Mon.), 2021, to December 23 (Thu.) via phone and online. "Chicken Bucket": The fried chicken recipe, developed based on the original at Ace Hotel NY, features crispy, juicy domestic chicken seasoned with oregano and other spices, using a whole bird. Marinated in buttermilk for a creamy, juicy texture.

The "Ace Christmas Cake" comes in two varieties: shortcake and chocolate cake. Both feature a moist Genoise sponge topped with sweet and tart strawberries and blueberries, and chocolate snowflakes. The shortcake uses lightly sweetened fresh cream, while the chocolate cake uses a slightly bitter cream made with 56% cacao dark chocolate.
