La Maison du Chocolat, celebrating its 40th anniversary this year since its founding in 1977, will offer a limited-edition dessert exclusively at its NEWoMan Shinjuku store from Saturday, March 18th to Sunday, April 23rd, to commemorate the store's first anniversary.

The limited-edition dessert, "Tarte Chocolat Velouté," is a tart conceived by Nicolas Cloiseau, the store's Chef Pâtissier Chocolatier and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF).

Inside the crisp, substantial tart shell lies a rich ganache, generously topped with a light and airy chocolate chantilly cream.

This exquisite creation offers a delightful contrast not only between the rich ganache and the light chantilly, but also in the textures of the tart and cream.
