Discover, Taste, Enjoy Sake

Now in its 11th year since its inception in 2007, this event has become one of the world's largest sake events for general consumers.

Last year, approximately 6,000 people attended.

The event comprises two parts: the "105th Heisei 28th Brewing Year National New Sake Appraisal Public Tasting" and the "11th National Sake Fair." At the "Public Tasting," you can sample around 430 award-winning sakes, including gold medal winners, that were judged at the National New Sake Appraisal held in April-May of this year.

Arranged by region, the approximately 430 varieties offer a dazzling array of sake with diverse aromas and flavors.

Additionally, there will be an exhibition corner detailing sake rice, koji, and the brewing process, providing a valuable opportunity to fully appreciate the allure of sake.
