Nestlé will release "KitKat Umeshu Tsuruume," a new product developed under the supervision of Hideki Nakata, nationwide on Tuesday, September 18th.

To coincide with this, "CRAFT SAKE WEEK @ KITKAT BAR," a sake bar, has opened, offering a chance to experience "KitKat Umeshu Tsuruume" before its release.

It is open for a limited time from Thursday, September 13th to Monday, September 24th (public holiday) within "CITAN," a hostel in Higashi-Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

"Made in Japan KitKat" has seen over 350 cumulative flavors, including matcha and sake.

This time, it is released as "KitKat Umeshu Tsuruume," incorporating plum wine, known as "plum wine" or "UMESHU," which has gained popularity overseas in recent years.

At the limited-time bar, you can not only try "KitKat Umeshu Tsuruume" before anyone else, but also enjoy original cocktails, limited original food menus created by renowned chefs, and a total of 16 types of plum wine and sake carefully selected by Mr. Nakata.

The original cocktails include "Kishu Tonic," made with Heiwa Shuzo's "Kido Junmai Ginjo" and Bar TRENCH's homemade "Basil and Cucumber Vinegar," and "Suppai-Colada," a blended drink using "Umeshu Tsuruume Suppai," one of the ingredients in "KitKat Umeshu Tsuruume," enhanced with yuzu sherbet and white cacao liqueur.
