The wine "Terrazas Altos del Plata," born from vineyards at the foot of the Andes, is now available.

From Argentinian winery "Terrazas," a new product, "Terrazas Altos del Plata," has arrived.

It will be released sequentially starting in July 2018 at select supermarkets and other retailers.

"Terrazas" wines are crafted at the foothills of the Andes Mountains.

The grapes are grown at altitudes best suited for each varietal: Torrontés at 1800 meters, Chardonnay at 1250 meters, Malbec at 1070 meters, and Cabernet at 980 meters.

The pure fruit, nurtured by the pristine nature and snowmelt of the Andes, is combined with traditional French techniques to create wines of the highest quality.

The new product, "Terrazas Altos del Plata," originates from "Cordon del Plata," at a high altitude of 5,955 meters within the Andes Mountains.

These high-altitude vineyards, carved out at the base of the mountain peaks, are nourished by pure, silvery meltwater.

This remarkable terroir possesses the optimal conditions to express the full potential of each grape, allowing "Terrazas Altos del Plata" to authentically showcase the distinct characteristics of its varietals.

The 2017 vintage, despite low yields, was blessed with unprecedented quality.

Cooler days in spring led to intensely colored, concentrated fruit flavors. The favorable climate thereafter allowed the tannins to mature gracefully, resulting in grapes with a sound balance of fruit, acidity, and structure.

This has resulted in a wine that combines exceptional quality, ripe aromas, and striking acidity.

Argentina, the origin of "Terrazas," is one of the world's leading beef-consuming nations.

Wine and beef are deeply ingrained in its culinary culture, enjoyed on a daily basis.

While many wines pair well with beef, all "Terrazas" wines are made from grapes cultivated in their own high-altitude, cool-climate vineyards and are hand-harvested.

Challenging the perception of South American wines as "heavy and robust," these wines are characterized by a refined taste that enhances the delicate nuances of the ingredients.

"Terrazas Altos del Plata" is a new product that elevates the flavor of meat, making it the perfect pairing for "meat and wine."

The Malbec, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals will perfectly complement various cuts of yakiniku, enhancing the beef's flavor and elevating your home yakiniku experience.
