This Year's Theme: The Marriage of Fruit and Chocolate

Every year, Palace Hotel Tokyo thoughtfully crafts and offers limited-edition Christmas products for White Day. This year, new White Day limited-edition items will be available.

The "Fleur" set includes a beautiful preserved rose in a Bordeaux gradation, paired with bonbons meticulously crafted by our chocolatier. This exquisite offering is perfect for someone special. The chocolates feature three flavors: Dark, Praline, and Salted Caramel, along with two types of fruit pâte de fruits—Passion Fruit and Raspberry—offering a rich fruitiness.

The "Fruits Secs aux Chocolats" is generously packed with colorful semi-dried fruits and nuts such as orange, fig, and strawberry, paired with four types of chocolate. The concentrated sweetness and textures of the fruits create an exceptional harmony with each chocolate, offering a delightful experience. Its vibrant appearance also makes it a wonderful accompaniment to drinks.

The "Matcha Terrine," made with abundant organic matcha, is carefully baked, combining the rich, slightly bitter matcha with elegantly sweet white chocolate. Each bite reveals the deep flavor of matcha and a smooth, melting texture.

Other offerings include "FUKIYOSE," a collection of six varieties of cookies presented in a traditional Japanese style, featuring an owl motif said to bring happiness, and the ever-popular "Tablettes de Chocolat," which highlights the pure flavor of chocolate.
