Set against the historic backdrop of Kyoto, the new artist-led art fair, ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO 2020, is set to take place. (Dates: Saturday, February 29 and Sunday, March 1, 2020; Vernissage: Friday, February 28)

In anticipation of ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO 2020, a talk event titled "Discussing ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO with Daisuke Tsuda and Noboru Tsubaki: Applications Open for the Kyoto Art Lounge Talk Event" was held on Friday, June 28, 2019. Daisuke Tsuda, artistic director of "Aichi Triennale 2019," was invited as a guest. Together with Noboru Tsubaki, the event's director, they delved into the changes ARTISTS' FAIR KYOTO has brought to artists and audiences since its inception two years prior, and the expected future movements, offering multifaceted perspectives.
