Expressing the taste of Talisker Spicy Highball. Currently entering the "Tasting Notes Contest."

MHD Moët Hennessy Diageo Ltd. is accepting entries for its "Talisker Spicy Highball" tasting note contest from Thursday, March 16.

Tasting notes typically describe the flavor of spirits like whisky when drunk neat. This contest, however, invites participants to explore the luxurious Talisker Spicy Highball with "adult playfulness," expressing its taste in diverse ways.

The contest will be judged by Katsuhiko Shimaji, the essayist and barman who coined the name "Talisker Spicy Highball."

Shimaji also owns "Salon de Shimadzu," a boutique and bar located in the Isetan Men's Building in Shinjuku, Tokyo, where the Talisker Spicy Highball is served.

He proudly considers himself a Talisker fan, claiming to be "the biggest Talisker drinker in Japan."

The grand prize winner will receive a Talisker Spicy Highball tumbler, while three runners-up will be awarded Talisker Surf Sound glasses, and three special jury prize winners will receive "Zwiesel" 10GRAD tumblers.

Why not try your hand at it?
