A beloved Parisian purveyor of fine butter and cheese, Beillevaire, is set to grandly open its patisserie in Azabu-Juban on Saturday, August 5th.
Founded in 1980, Beillevaire operates dedicated workshops for fine cheese and cultured butter near the village of Machecoul, in the gateway city of Nantes in western France.
In recent years, it has gained popularity as the cheesemonger most admired by Michelin-starred chefs in Paris, the culinary capital, and is a brand chosen by culinary titans and the next generation of brilliant young star chefs alike.
It is also a favored supplier for many of Paris's most prestigious luxury hotels.
Currently, they operate approximately 80 cheese boutiques, primarily in Paris and across west-central France.
The Azabu-Juban store will offer a premium selection of cheesecakes and butter sandwiches that capture the essence of Paris, alongside traditional French pastries. It will also feature rich soft-serve ice cream made with cheese and butter, and giftable sweets, appealing to a wide range of generations. This patisserie concept aims to delight both culinary professionals in France, the kingdom of dairy, with its ingredient-focused approach, and customers seeking an authentic Parisian experience.
