The 7th "Oshi Pan Grand Prix," where "Japan's Best Bread" from DONQ is judged, is being held at 125 stores nationwide.
Founded in 1905, DONQ, a long-established bakery born in Kobe, has consistently adhered to the scratch method, where artisans prepare the dough from flour and bake it. They are holding the "7th Oshi Pan Grand Prix," where "Japan's Best Bread" is judged, for a limited time from September 10 (Mon.) to September 23 (Sun.) at 125 stores nationwide.
◆ "Oshi Pan Grand Prix" to Determine DONQ's Best Bread in Japan
The "Oshi Pan Grand Prix" is an event where each store develops a product based on a common theme, and customers' support determines DONQ's best bread in Japan. Visitors can enjoy a variety of products created by DONQ's artisan bakers.
◆ Customers who taste the bread vote for their "Oshi Pan"! Results to be announced around the end of September
At each store, "Oshi Pan" will be offered as a tasting sample. Customers who find it delicious can place an "Oishii ne! (It's delicious!)" sticker on a special board. Each sticker counts as one vote. Additionally, votes can be cast on DONQ's official website voting site by clicking "Like!" on the products from stores you wish to support. At the end of the period, the "Oshi Pan" from the store with the most support will be recognized as DONQ's best bread in Japan.
◆ "DON Kids" to Support Stores with a Real-Life Bakery Experience
For this event, we are recruiting "DON Kids" to support the "Oshi Pan" alongside store staff. This program is exclusively for children aged 3 to 12, offering them a chance to experience the workplace by assisting with "Oshi Pan" tastings and engaging customers at each store.
