The term "DX" has become quite prevalent in Japan. However, many companies may still find themselves lagging in DX implementation. In fact, the success rate of DX is said to be in the single digits.
Meanwhile, overseas, the concept of "growth"—continuously expanding products and services based on building customer relationships—has become commonplace, going beyond simple DX.
