This year marks bills' 10th anniversary in Japan, and the new menu's concept is 'Bonds with Asia'.
bills has grown into a global brand, with 8 restaurants in Japan and 3 in South Korea, totaling 11 locations across Asia.
The new menu features dishes that incorporate Asian ingredients, seasonings, and culinary cultures, such as a unique take on a beloved Japanese potato salad, the "Tuna and Kimchi Tartare" inspired by Korean yukhoe, and the "Mushroom Spaghetti with Cream & Miso Ponzu," drawing inspiration from Japanese-style pasta.
