TO THE HERBS, a specialty pizza and pasta restaurant operated by Four Seeds Co., Ltd., will launch its limited-edition summer menu of chilled pasta and pizzas at all locations on Friday, July 16, 2021.
TO THE HERBS Limited-Edition Summer Menu Overview
The limited-edition chilled pasta uses thin "fidelini" pasta, allowing diners to fully enjoy the distinct textures and flavors of the ingredients. It is a popular menu item at TO THE HERBS.
The "Chilled Pasta with Lobster and Fresh Tomato" is a luxurious dish featuring a broth carefully extracted from aromatic vegetables, wine, fish stock, and tomatoes, generously topped with summer vegetables and lobster. Additionally, the "Chilled Pasta with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe," a summer menu favorite at TO THE HERBS for over 20 years, will be available again this year.
The "Garlic Shrimp and Sautéed Zucchini Pizza" is a pizza baked to a fragrant finish with shrimp, zucchini, and original garlic sauce. We recommend squeezing fresh lemon over it before serving. It's a perfect pizza for summer.

This luxurious chilled pasta generously uses lobster, with a broth extracted in a short time from aromatic vegetables, wine, fish stock, and tomatoes. It is topped with summer vegetables like tomatoes and eggplant, steamed lobster tail, and lobster consommé jelly.
Chilled Pasta with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe
A long-selling item for over 20 years returns this year. A luxurious pasta generously featuring creamy sea urchin and salmon roe. Fidelini (thin pasta) is tossed with a wasabi soy sauce dressing, topped with cuttlefish and perilla, for a refreshing finish.
Garlic Shrimp and Sautéed Zucchini Pizza
A pizza baked with plump shrimp, zucchini, onions, and cheese on TO THE HERBS' original garlic sauce. Squeezing fresh lemon over it enhances the fragrant garlic aroma. This pizza pairs perfectly with white wine or beer.
