Gastronomy “Joël Robuchon” is launching the “Summer Joël Robuchon Gastronomy Gourmet Box,” an extension of its popular takeout menu that began in April, featuring vibrant dishes designed to brighten your summer moments.
The “Joël Robuchon Gastronomy Gourmet Box” brings the restaurant’s exquisite flavors to your home or a location of your choice. The menu includes eight types of appetizers, including the signature “Caviar Impérial Robuchon Style”; a luxurious seasonal salad featuring blue lobster with fresh mango and avocado, accented by the refreshing aroma of basil; a main course of savory roasted Landes yellow poultry served with celeriac, girolle mushrooms, and a simple chicken jus; and eight delicate and artistic petit fours, such as a charming chocolate mousse shaped like a passion fruit and a coconut creation. It also includes pain de campagne, meticulously baked by artisans. Champagne, wine, and anniversary cakes are available as optional additions.
