Bills, the all-day casual dining restaurant by Australian restaurateur Bill Granger, has opened on the 7th floor of "LUCUA 1100" directly connected to JR Osaka Station in November.
This is "bills Osaka," the first store in the Kansai area.
On the opening day, approximately 200 people who had eagerly awaited its debut gathered before the doors opened.
The restaurant offers exclusive dishes available only at this location among all Bills restaurants worldwide.
Guests are welcomed with three unique dishes: "bills 'Takoyaki' Donuts w/ White Chocolate, Raspberry & Vanilla Cream, Dried Pineapple, Matcha," a playful dessert inspired by Osaka's signature takoyaki, infused with Bill Granger's unique essence; "Grilled Octopus w/ Potato Mousse, Chive Oil, Bottarga," which takes inspiration from squid yakisoba and features a potato mousse accent; and "Tapioca Chips w/ Coriander Yogurt, Taramosalata," served with five types of chips and two kinds of dipping sauces.
