Overview of This Initiative
Human Holdings, guided by its management philosophy "Serve the World, Serve Others" and value promise "SELFing," has been engaged in businesses that nurture and deploy people to contribute to society and solve social issues. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of new lifestyles in the 'with-corona' era, leading to greater diversification in values, including how people live and work. In response, the "WE ALL HUMAN Project" was launched to foster a society where everyone can live and work authentically, regardless of race, nationality, age, or gender. Michael Michael was appointed project captain, and the initiative began in July 2021.

In its first phase, the project released a declaration advertisement, a project movie, and "Letters from Your Future Self" to inspire people to envision their ideal selves. The second phase introduced the "Roadmap to 100 Years," a design categorizing existing occupations into 21 groups and covering over 450 professions, serving as a guide to finding desired work and necessary skills.

The third phase of the project unveils a graphic of project captain Michael Michael, depicted in pixel art, timed with the beginning of a new year. This graphic is designed so that when viewed from a distance, Michael Michael's portrait becomes clear. With the message "Why not focus on your life?", it expresses the desire to encourage individuals to envision their ideal selves and concretely consider what they want to do and what they love.

A graphic of Michael Michael in focus is also available on the special website.
On the special website, clicking on the pixel art graphic of Michael Michael reveals a mechanism where the pixelated image gradually increases in resolution, bringing Michael Michael's portrait into focus, accompanied by the call to action, "Why not focus on your life?"
Initiatives from the first and second phases are also accessible.

Message from Project Captain Michael Michael
"I am Michael Michael, captain of the WE ALL HUMAN Project. I deeply resonate with the concept of aiming for a society where everyone can live authentically and work as themselves, regardless of race, nationality, age, or gender, and I am driving this project forward with the Human Group. WE ALL HUMAN!!"

Overview of the "WE ALL HUMAN Project"
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of new lifestyles in the 'with-corona' era, leading to a diversification of values. While many are reflecting on their lives, thinking 'I can't go on like this' or 'I want to change how I live and work,' a significant number are hesitant to take concrete steps.
This project aims to support those who wish to change by providing skills to navigate the times, respecting and coexisting with diverse values, and realizing a society where everyone can live and work authentically, regardless of race, nationality, age, or gender.
