Palace Hotel Tokyo Hosts Special Gastronomic Event in Collaboration with Ritz Paris's Two-Michelin-Starred Restaurant, La Table de L'Espadon

Palace Hotel Tokyo is hosting a collaborative event for three days, from Thursday, October 5th to Saturday, October 7th, in pursuit of an unparalleled culinary experience, in partnership with the renowned Ritz Paris.

Located on the Place Vendôme, lined with Paris's most celebrated jewelers, the Ritz Paris stands like an elegant grande dame, a symbol of the city itself.

Opened in 1898, this hotel of history and prestige completed a four-year renovation last year, its magnificent Belle Époque interiors vividly restored.

The Ritz Paris, originally founded by hotelier César Ritz in collaboration with Auguste Escoffier, a titan of French cuisine, has captivated a constellation of illustrious guests, including Coco Chanel, Ernest Hemingway, and Marcel Proust, with its exquisite culinary creations.

Furthermore, the hotel is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, an exclusive collection of luxury hotels upholding exceptional standards.

Following its reopening in 2016, this marks the first collaboration in Japan, realized with Palace Hotel Tokyo, another esteemed member of the collection.

For this special occasion, Palace Hotel Tokyo's French restaurant, Crown, welcomes Nicolas Sale, the tenth Executive Chef overseeing all culinary operations at the Ritz Paris, including its two-Michelin-starred restaurant, La Table de L'Espadon. Together, they will present a special tasting menu, embodying the hotel's new endeavor to pursue the very essence of gastronomy.

A repertoire of creative, delicate, and refined dishes will be presented.
