The "Sweets & Bread" at the pastry shop "Sweets & Deli" will feature an abundance of high-quality fruits and vegetables that evoke the richness of the sun.
Offerings include "Mango and Tomato Jelly," a refreshing meringue with smooth fromage blanc; "Lait," a cake with a refreshing lime and strawberry mousse sandwiched between coconut and citron sponge; "Tropic," a ciabatta with marinated dried pineapple and nuts; and "Niçoise," a baton-shaped croissant with tuna and summer vegetables.
The sweets and bread, utilizing seasonal ingredients, are also perfect as gifts to convey seasonal greetings.
At the lobby lounge "The Palace Lounge," guests can enjoy "Matcha & Azuki Shaved Ice with Shiratama," featuring a generous amount of azuki beans beneath finely textured, fluffy matcha shaved ice, and "Mango & Coconut Shaved Ice with Yogurt Cream," a shaved ice with a hidden refreshing yogurt cream blended with mango puree, sprinkled with coconut.
Furthermore, the lounge bar "Privé" will offer three "Summer Cocktails" befitting an unforgettable, exquisite summer experience: "Champagne Melon Ball," a premium cocktail with a whole melon adorned with colorful fruits, topped with champagne; "Fresh Peach Punch," offering a refreshing taste using seasonal peaches; and "Mojito de Privé," a signature cocktail that embodies ultimate coolness with mint and carbonation.
Additionally, a new 7-course "Mariage Privé" seasonal cocktail course, featuring cocktails paired with amuse-bouches and desserts, will be available.
