Lalique Takes Over Isetan Shinjuku Main Building

Immersive Concept Shop Opens for a Limited Time

LALIQUE is taking over floors B1 through 5 of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building as part of its hotel-themed "Lalique Hotel Project."

Dubbed "haute couture of crystal glass," Lalique has opened three limited-time concept shops within the department store, transforming the 5th-floor stage, the 1st-floor show window, and other areas. Until April 9 (Mon.), the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building will be awash in Lalique, offering a chance to immerse yourself in the maison's world.

The experiential lifestyle shop, themed around "Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey," Lalique's hotel in Bordeaux, France, created at its own winery celebrating its 400th anniversary, spans a luxurious 120㎡ space. It features Lalique's decorative items, interior pieces, furniture, home fragrances, and wine. (The Lalique Hotel Project runs until July 2.)

Also on the 5th floor, the "Lalique Lifestyle Gift Shop" opens with "premium gift items" as its theme. On the 1st floor, in the accessories area, Lalique's first jewelry-only shop (opened February 6, 2019) showcases its collections of fashion and fine jewelry.

A narrative unfolds, tracing the creativity and history of Lalique as it celebrates its 130th anniversary, offering a glimpse into the journey that led to the creation of the Lalique Hotel. Additionally, four pillars in the center of the main street on the 1st floor will display works commemorating Lalique's 130th anniversary.

As spring arrives and Isetan Shinjuku is enveloped by Lalique, why not experience the maison's unique world?
