DIFFERENCE, a custom suit brand, is a new concept from Konaka. It begins with a professional tailor taking measurements at the first shop, and then uses that data to allow customers to operate a smartphone app for various customizations and orders from the second suit onwards.

DIFFERENCE, which opened its first store last October, was produced by Kashiwa Sato and has garnered attention for its innovative service and short delivery times.
With suit demand rising this autumn, an additional 23 stores will open, expanding from the current 20.
This will double the number of stores in just one month, making the custom order experience available to a wider audience.
Using their own measurement data installed in a smartphone app, customers can create original styles tailored to their preferences through their own operation.
Furthermore, orders and pickups can be completed via smartphone, with high-quality, domestically produced custom suits delivered in as little as two weeks.
Prices start from ¥35,000 for MEN'S suits, ¥45,000 for formal wear, and ¥8,000 for shirts. For WOMEN'S, prices start from ¥35,000 for suits, ¥24,500 for jackets, and ¥12,250 for skirts.
