Initially available at 17 alteration shops located primarily near train stations in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the service provides a physical touchpoint where customers can handle and try on items. It's gaining attention as a new solution to address the hesitation and anxiety online shoppers often feel about purchasing apparel without trying it on first.

'Fitting Station' is a new service enabling customers to 'receive,' 'try on,' and 'alter' items purchased from various apparel brands' online shops at clothing alteration stores. Even when buying online, customers can directly check the product's size, color, and fit. If the size is not right, they can request alterations from the store staff. This service ensures a more secure and satisfying online shopping experience.
