The second Japanese location of "CARDIO BARRE," a popular barre exercise centered in L.A., will open on Friday, December 1st, in Shibuya.
CARDIO BARRE made its debut in Japan this April.
A second location is set to open just eight months later.

At the first Japanese location, CARDIO BARRE Jiyugaoka, classes are filling up instantly, with reservation slots selling out.

The second location, opening in December, will be conveniently situated just a four-minute walk from the easily accessible Shibuya Station.
The Shibuya branch will offer a "Starter Class" for beginners, a "Regular Class" for intermediate levels, and a "Floor Barre" class recommended for those new to CARDIO BARRE or seeking to solidify their fundamentals.
To commemorate the opening, from December 1st to 8th, founder RICHARD GIORLA and popular U.S. CARDIO BARRE instructor Francesco will conduct special masterclasses in Japan.
Additionally, CARDIO BARRE members can take advantage of special pricing on compression personal training, personal stretching, and aesthetic treatments at "B.B. Volá," a "beauty-enhancing fitness" studio located in the same building.
