Kikkoman is collaborating with "B.I.F BY NERGY," a women-only fitness program centered on martial arts, to launch "FOOD & FITNESS," a health program combining karate and nutrition. The program will be held for a limited period of three months, starting December 21 (Friday).

This program, hosted at "B.I.F BY NERGY," a popular martial arts fitness brand by Jun, is a special offering from Kikkoman that includes a FITNESS part inspired by karate, and a FOOD part where participants can learn about suitable ingredients and proper nutrition after exercise. The FOOD component will feature "colorful, delicious, and healthy meals" supervised by registered dietitian Reiko Yonekura and produced by culinary artist Yukiya Terai.

The program is structured as a total of 90 minutes, consisting of 45 minutes of fitness training applying karate kata, followed by a meal produced by culinary artist Yukiya Terai and supervised by registered dietitian Reiko Yonekura.

This program offers not only physical activity but also optimal nutrition based on sports science. Participation is limited to women, and applications opened on November 27 (Tuesday) via the dedicated "FOOD & FITNESS" website.
