An Exquisite Space for Dining and Scenery

Princess Cruises is a global cruise company operating 18 modern cruise ships.

As a specialty restaurant on the new ship "Majestic Princess," set to embark on its maiden voyage in April, Princess Cruises has formed a partnership with acclaimed chef Emmanuel Renou, holder of three Michelin stars, to create "La Mer - French Bistro by Emmanuel Renou."

Chef Renou first earned three Michelin stars in 2004 at his restaurant "Flacon de Sel" in Megève, a village at the foot of the French Alps. He has since been awarded the stars again in 2006 and 2012, for a total of three accolades.

The interior design of "La Mer," located in the ship's atrium, was crafted by the internationally renowned Jeffrey Beers International (JBI). Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views, and guests can also enjoy the activities and entertainment unfolding in the atrium.


Regarding this partnership, Chef Renou commented, "What I love most about this profession is the ability to connect with people through the experience of dining. I have been passionately dedicated to creating delicate and flavorful dishes, and I am immensely proud to offer my creations in the elegant and serene setting of 'La Mer.'"
