Toshio Matsuura
In 1990, he formed United Future Organization (U.F.O.).
They released five full albums in 32 countries worldwide, receiving high acclaim.
After going solo in 2002, he has been active as a DJ at clubs and festivals both domestically and internationally.
He also produces events and handles music curation for sophisticated lifestyle spots such as hotels, international brands,
and Michelin-starred restaurants.
In 2013, he launched HEX, a project disseminating contemporary jazz, and released the album "HEX" worldwide on Blue Note
Records.
In 2018, he released an album from his new project featuring young British musicians,
TOSHIO MATSUURA GROUP, worldwide.
In March 2024, the work was re-released on vinyl by the UK's Brownswood Recordings.
