KDDI is delivering "Ongaku to Ikou by au 5G LIVE" online through various KDDI services, aiming to contribute to regional economies through music live performances. Starting March 31 (Thursday), the second installment, featuring MAN WITH A MISSION, will be available, with special video content now released.

KDDI's online streaming service "Ongaku to Ikou by au 5G LIVE" not only features live performances by artists in iconic regional locations but also aims to broadcast videos focusing on recommended local spots and gourmet offerings, accessible for free before and after the main performance.

The first installment, featuring UNISON SQUARE GARDEN, was streamed from Sunday, March 27 to Thursday, March 31. Then, starting Thursday, March 31, the second installment, featuring MAN WITH A MISSION's live performance at the Rikuzentakata Citizen's Cultural Hall "Kiseki no Ipponmatsu Hall," began streaming.

Following MAN WITH A MISSION's live stream, special video content will be made available for free on the video streaming platformOPENREC.tvstarting at 9:30 PM on Thursday, March 31.

To coincide with the video release, MAN WITH A MISSION was interviewed after completing the live recording. They expressed their gratitude for the successful performance and their hopes for the future.

"Regarding Tohoku, we've been very involved through festivals. Our connection has truly deepened through music. Of course, we approach it with the mindset of wanting to do something, to help in any small way, but the local people are more energetic than we ever imagined. I think it's that mentality that has allowed them to recover this far."

The live performance featured a mix of songs from their latest album and older tracks, creating an unforgettable lineup for fans. A particular highlight was the acoustic live performance, exclusive to this project!

"It was incredibly fun. It was a very precious experience for us. We hadn't performed acoustic sets before, but to be able to put on such a grand and beautiful show in this location fills us with gratitude. Thank you very much."
