featuring wine, food, and music, which was a kickoff event for "THE SCENE."
This event is held once again in response to popular demand.

We are delighted to present Hidefumi Okamoto, the creator of BEAU PAYSAGE (Beau Paysage),
a Japanese wine celebrated globally for its delicate flavors produced in harmony with nature.
Joining him is Yoshinobu Shinmachi, the "ambassador of prosciutto" with a devoted following across Japan for his discerning eye for ingredients, representing SALUMERIA 69.


And Toshio Matsuura, a globally active DJ, selector, and producer.

These three artists have joined forces for the "Macération à Musique" project, celebrating wine, food, and music.


Supporting this collaboration are esteemed partners from Fukuoka.

We have "Cro-magnon," led by Daisuke Ichimura, a communicator who pairs wines with dishes crafted from carefully selected ingredients, fostering connections between producers and consumers.

Also featured is Ryotaro Hata from "Cernia," a notable Italian restaurant known for its use of fresh vegetables grown on-site and other meticulously sourced ingredients.

And "I.N.U.wines," a specialist in natural wines recognized nationwide.

Further support comes from "CroSs Wines," which transcends borders to offer beautiful, high-quality, and authentic wines and Japanese sake, promoting world peace and a love for wine.


This is a one-night-only event featuring this accomplished lineup.

Experience an evening where wines are paired with prosciutto and food to match the music, and where music and prosciutto/food are curated to complement the chosen wines.

Toshio Matsuura
In 1990, he formed United Future Organization (U.F.O.), releasing five full albums
in 32 countries worldwide, earning critical acclaim.
After launching his solo career in 2002, he has performed as a DJ at clubs and festivals both domestically and internationally.
He also produces events and oversees music curation for sophisticated lifestyle destinations, including hotels, international brands, and Michelin-starred restaurants.


In 2013, he initiated "HEX," a project disseminating contemporary jazz, releasing the album "HEX" worldwide via Blue
Note Records. In 2018, he released an album from his new project "TOSHIO
MATSUURA GROUP," featuring emerging musicians from the UK.
In March 2024, the album was re-released on vinyl by Brownswood Recordings in the UK.

In 2013, he gathered talented and forward-thinking artists based in Tokyo to produce
a project called “HEX,” which presents Tokyo’s progressive form of Jazz to the world.
The debut album “HEX” was released from Blue Note Records worldwide.
Recently, his new project "Toshio Matsuura Group" gathered radical musicians from UK
and album was released from Brownswood Recordings 2018.
The album is re-released on double vinyl from Brownswood Recordings in 2024.
