Bebel Gilberto Announces Blue Note Tokyo Performances

With her album "Tudo" currently a bestseller, Bebel Gilberto—a true talent, daughter of the "God of Bossa Nova" João Gilberto and popular singer Miúcha—will perform for three days starting November 28th (Friday) at Blue Note Tokyo.

Arriving in Japan with a New Album Filled with a Soothing Voice and Sound

Bebel Gilberto's 2000 album "Tanto Tempo" was nominated for two Latin Grammy Awards, and her subsequent 2004 work "Bebel Gilberto" was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best World Music category.

On her latest release, "Tudo," she revives her collaboration with acclaimed producer Mário Caldato, which first began on "Tanto Tempo." The album features her original compositions, covers of songs connected to her father, and a duet with Seu Jorge, making it a rich collection.
