BIOTOP is an environmental term meaning 'a space where the natural ecosystem of living things is preserved.' To realize this in an urban setting, BIOTOP, an ethical lifestyle shop, opened in Shirokanedai in March 2010. A treehouse stands in the courtyard's oak tree, and surrounded by abundant greenery, one can leisurely enjoy everything from lifestyle goods to fashion and food.

For this event, guitarist Ryuhei Koike will join Hatakeyama to perform live at Irving Place, the cafe and restaurant on BIOTOP's third floor, offering views of the surrounding greenery. There will be two performances, starting at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Miyuki Hatakeyama is a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter supported by a wide audience, particularly women of her generation. Since the 1990s, she has also been active as the vocalist for 'Double Famous.' In 2001, she made her solo debut with the single 'Kagayaku Tsuki ga Terasu Yoru.' This past June, she released the album 'rain falls' on June 5th, conceived around the theme of 'an album for the rain,' and embarked on a nationwide tour. She is currently also a DJ for FM Yokohama's 'Travelin' Light' (live broadcast, Saturdays 11 AM-1 PM).
