The "Keyboard Magician" Omar Sosa is Coming!
Omar Sosa, the acclaimed Afro-Cuban pianist and "keyboard magician" who is always a step ahead of his time, returns for the first time in three years with his captivating new album, "Eggun: Afri-Lectric Experience." He will perform at Blue Note Tokyo, Motion Blue Yokohama, and cafe104.5, with different ensemble configurations at each venue, from September 16th (Monday) to 18th (Wednesday).

Returning for the first time in three years with his new album "Eggun"!
Born in Camagüey, Cuba, Omar Sosa studied jazz piano at the conservatory. He began his professional career in earnest after moving to Ecuador in 1993, making his official debut with the album "Omar Omar" in 1997. He has continued his global activities, living in Spain and on the US West Coast, and has released 25 works to date.
The new album title, "Eggun," means "ancestors." This return after three years promises a stage where Sosa delves even deeper into his Afro-Cuban roots than ever before. Omar Sosa's music is in constant spiritual and dramatic transformation. This performance is sure to be one where not a single note can be missed.
