Performances Unfold in an At-Home Atmosphere

"cafe 104.5" offers a chance to savor casual yet sophisticated cafe fare created by Chef Nagasawa Yoshihisa, who is also Blue Note Japan's senior chef and has honed his skills at renowned restaurants such as the Michelin three-starred "La Côte d'Or" in France.

Ingredients such as carefully selected "Wapork Mochibuta" and Niigata's "Yamagoshi Beef" are prepared in various styles, including house-made charcuterie like pâté and oven-baked dishes. Furthermore, the table is adorned with special olive oils infused with lemon, rosemary, and orange, along with house-made original sauces, allowing guests to enjoy a new kind of cafe experience with a "live session" of flavors tailored to their preferences and mood.

The venue is also equipped with a high-fidelity sound system. You can indulge in food and drinks while enveloped in pleasant sounds, much like at a home party. To celebrate the opening of "cafe 104.5," a live event series titled "cafe 104.5 Session" will be held on Sunday, April 28th, and Monday, April 29th.

On the 29th, starting at 7:30 PM, Vincent Gallo, a multifaceted artist known for his work as an actor, film director, painter, and musician, will present his performance. On the 28th, at 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM,Grammy Award winner Robert Glaspersoul singer ABIAH, cousin of Robert Glasper and featured on his album "Life As A Ballad," will appear. Accompanied by a five-piece acoustic ensemble, she will captivate the audience with her jazzy and organic vocals.
