"2013/03/2-3 (Sat+Sun) Hinamatsuri Girls' Fest" to be Held

The music division of "Whatever Press," a Tokyo-based publishing project focused on architecture, design, and art,Whatever Pressis celebrating its launch with "Whatever Records." On Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd, eight select female singers will gather at VACANT in Harajuku for the "2013/03/2-3 (Sat+Sun) Hinamatsuri Girls' Fest."

Special Guest "Gonin Bayashi" Appears Both Days!

As we await the arrival of spring, eight select female singers, carried on the spring breeze, gather at Harajuku VACANT. This is the Girls' Fest, as it's known. Celebrating and playing in honor of spring's arrival with musical arrangements fitting for Hinamatsuri (the Peach Festival).

What sets this festival apart is its luxurious and indulgent format: not short sets as is common at festivals, but a full 90-minute solo performance by each unique artist. Both female and male attendees are sure to enjoy each performance at their leisure.

With a solo performance by the Hina doll and a duet with the Odairi-sama, the Hinamatsuri-appropriate "Gonin Bayashi" will also appear, and their specially crafted headpieces for this festival are a must-see!
