Toshio Matsuura
In 1990, he formed United Future Organization (U.F.O.).
They released five full albums in 32 countries worldwide, receiving high acclaim.
After going solo in 2002, he has been active as a DJ at clubs and festivals both domestically and internationally.
He also produces events and oversees music curation for sophisticated lifestyle spots such as hotels, international brands,
and Michelin-starred restaurants.
In 2013, he launched HEX, a project disseminating contemporary jazz, and released the album "HEX" worldwide via Blue Note
Records.
In 2018, he released a new project featuring young British musicians,
TOSHIO MATSUURA GROUP, and its album was released worldwide.
In March 2024, the album was reissued on vinyl by the UK's Brownswood Recordings.
