A Membership Resort Hotel Where 14 People Share One Room = "XIV = Xian"

Xian, developed by Resort Trust, is a luxury membership resort hotel that utilizes a "timesharing system" where one room is shared by 14 owners who are guaranteed 26 nights of use per year, and an "exchange system" that allows for exchange use with vacant rooms at other affiliated hotels. Xian Hakone Rikyu, which opened this time, is also attracting attention for introducing the "Floor Share System," an evolution of the traditional "timesharing system," where owners are shared by 14 people per the number of rooms on an entire floor.



Xian Hakone Rikyu was born on the former site of Naraya Ryokan in Miyashita, one of Hakone's historic hot spring towns. The building, like a private resort with a wide-open view towards the Hakone mountain range, is a supreme resort aiming to be "the world's best Hakone."

With the concept of "Noble & Luxurious Imperial Villa," the guest rooms at Xian Hakone Rikyu are calm, modern spaces with large windows to maximize the enjoyment of the Miyashita view. In the S-type guest rooms (101.01-126.06㎡), you can enjoy exclusive natural hot springs with views of the mountains, allowing for an incredibly luxurious time.



The "Crescent Moon Bath" is a famous hot spring from this area, said to "cure any serious illness if you soak until the crescent moon reflected in the bath becomes a full moon." In addition to indoor and open-air baths, there is also a private spa with a dedicated elevator. The hotel features a variety of dining options, including the Japanese restaurant "Hakone Kareki," the Chinese restaurant "Suiyo," and the Italian restaurant "Ristorante Tana."
