Valentine's Chocolates & Chocolate Fondue Now Available


For Valentine's Day 2010, BEIGE ALAIN DUCASSE TOKYO is releasing chocolates for the first time. These exquisite pieces, shaped like the 12 zodiac signs and gleaming in gold, were conceived by the Chef Pâtissier of Plaza Athénée in Paris and further refined into something truly beautiful by Julien Kinzler, the Chef Pâtissier at BEIGE ALAIN DUCASSE TOKYO.




Valentine's Chocolates Go on Sale February 2nd








The 12 zodiac-inspired chocolates, "Chocolat Zodiaque," are a unique creation by Chef Pâtissier Julien Kinzler, who combined them with popular French astrology.

Crafted with "Guanaja" of exceptional purity, this deep, bitter chocolate pairs wonderfully not only with coffee but also offers a delightful marriage with Bordeaux red wine.

With a soft, golden finish reminiscent of constellations shining in the night sky, they are perfect not just for Valentine's Day but also as birthday gifts in February and March. Available from Tuesday, February 2nd, these chocolates are for in-store pickup only. Please reserve at least one week prior to your pickup date.

Enjoy "Chocolate Fondue," a "partage" (sharing) dessert, where you dip a variety of textured sweets—such as crisp-baked biscuits, mini choux, and guimauves—into warm chocolate.

Until Friday, March 19th, indulge in a delightful time with our after-dinner dessert service in the lounge, featuring chocolate fondue paired with dessert wines and other complementary beverages.
