The posture of a hero who confronts any difficulty with unwavering resolve resonates with PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS's own approach to sweets, constantly pursuing the finest tastes and boldly devising original recipes each day. This year, PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS unveils its Christmas collection under the theme of "Resilience."





Bûche Chuao

The new "Bûche Chuao" is inspired by "Chuao," a chocolate made from cacao beans cultivated on Chuao Island in Venezuela.
By adding the refreshing tartness of cassis, the rich aroma of "Chuao," hailed as "the world's most highly regarded chocolate," is brought to its fullest expression.

"The light and creamy texture of the specially prepared ganache enhances both the chocolate and cassis, resulting in a finish that is not overly rich," says Pierre Hermé.
To fully savor its powerful flavors, we recommend letting it sit at room temperature for two hours before slicing into 1cm pieces.

The new "Bûche Infiniment Caramel" features a creamy, melting texture, luscious caramel, moist cake, and a rich butter caramel flavor with hidden notes of fleur de sel and lemon juice.

This masterpiece is born from the same creative spirit that previously led Pierre Hermé to pursue the ideal of Viennese coffee with "Infiniment Café" and to maximize the pure taste of vanilla with "Infiniment Vanille," in his quest for "the dream of sweets."
"I would be most delighted if you could cut it into small pieces, savor it, and immerse yourself in the emotion," says Pierre Hermé.
