Remy Cointreau Japan is collaborating with Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, a venue renowned for its nearly 70-year history and its concept of "Japan, the world's host," for Valentine's Day and White Day. A special takeout-exclusive "Valentine & White Day Sweets Selection" featuring Cointreau will be available, alongside special menus at the hotel's restaurants and bars.

"Cointreau," named after its founder Édouard Cointreau, is an elegant liqueur developed in 1875 to be enjoyed even by women. It has now partnered with Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which boasts a history of nearly 70 years and operates under the concept of "Japan, the world's host." This collaboration was born from the shared desire of both entities to honor their long histories while embracing new perspectives.

The collaboration, themed "For those who shine brightly," presents original sweets and cocktails that highlight Cointreau.

Among these is the "Valentine & White Day Sweets Selection," a takeout offering perfect for afternoon tea at home or in a hotel room. It features an array of adult-oriented sweets, including Cointreau-infused gateau chocolat and tarts, as well as rich chocolate truffles with a hint of liqueur. This year, a special set including a 350ml bottle of Cointreau and a recipe booklet will also be available, allowing guests to enjoy a perfect pairing of the liqueur and sweets.

From January 13 (Thursday), the hotel shop "Selections" will offer the original "Cointreau Valencia Chocolat" pastry. Additionally, the main bar "Le Marquis" will feature three unique cocktails, including "eating cocktails" to which Cointreau is poured.

Furthermore, at the Italian restaurant "Il Teatro," a special French toast featuring baked apples and oranges, a breakfast menu item, will be available from Tuesday to Friday with a limited-time Cointreau-flavored whipped cream, "Cointreau Cream."
