A novel design inspired by Hokusai Katsushika's "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji."
From FAUCHON's ever-surprising éclair series, this summer brings "La Vague." It will be available from Wednesday, July 1st.
Limited-Edition Summer Éclair, Paired with "Été," a Fruity Tea Launched in June
"La Vague" is an unprecedentedly innovative éclair designed by FAUCHON's Asia Pacific Development Chef, Nicolas Jaunault. Motifs of "waves" and Hokusai Katsushika's "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji" are reimagined. The delicate custard cream, flavored with salted butter, evokes the sea and offers a delightful, summery taste.
Additionally, since mid-June, "Été" has been available – a fruity tea based on Chinese and Taiwanese oolong, blended with natural lavender, sunflower, and safflower extracts, and fragranced with orange and grenadine.
