The Ostrea Shinjuku Sanchome location preserves the charming atmosphere of European architecture. The first floor features a display of fresh oysters and a kitchen, offering a lively experience at the table seats. The second floor provides an open space with various areas, including table seating, a bar counter, and a terrace, suitable for different occasions. The third floor offers a tranquil table seating area with a courtyard that can also be used as a private room, completing the three-floor layout.

Ostrea's oysters are sourced from around the world. In particular, they maintain strong, trusting relationships with Japanese producers to carefully select safe and delicious oysters, ensuring rigorous hygiene management until they are served.

The restaurant offers over 10 types of oysters year-round, presenting the pleasure of savoring their distinct colors, sizes, and flavors from different regions. In summer, enjoy natural rock oysters, experiencing their oceanic aroma and thick flesh, which are unavailable in winter.

In addition to oyster dishes like oyster pilaf and pickled oysters, the menu features a rich selection of hearty meat dishes, including grilled lamb, ham, and sausages from New Zealand, all made with carefully selected ingredients. Guests can also choose from a diverse range of wines to suit their preferences.
