Brooklyn Parlor OSAKA, produced by Blue Note Japan with book direction by Michitaka Haba (BACH) and art direction by Kazuyoshi Ohara (SOUP DESIGN), opened in Osaka's Shinsaibashi district in April. This third location, following Shinjuku and Hakata, is the largest with seating for up to 170 guests and features a live stage capable of hosting performances.

A Space Where Music, Books, and Food Converge

A place to discover new music, books, and culture while enjoying food and drinks.Brooklyn Parlor debuted in Tokyo's Shinjuku in 2009, inspired by the charm of Brooklyn on the East River in Manhattan. It opened its second location in Hakata, Fukuoka, in April 2012, each adapting to its unique local character.

The third location, Brooklyn Parlor OSAKA, embraces Osaka's reputation as "the nation's kitchen" with its focus on "food," complemented by Brooklyn Parlor's signature "music," and a curated selection of "words" through literature, alongside a live music stage. This new venue will broadcast a fresh Brooklyn Parlor culture from Osaka.

The "food" menu features Brooklyn Parlor's classic popular items like burgers and sandwiches, alongside original dishes exclusive to the Osaka location. These will be updated regularly to reflect the seasons and ingredients.

The "book selection" offers a diverse range of titles, from light reads to more substantial works, centered around the themes of food, music, and words. You'll find novels by Paul Auster, who sets his stories in Brooklyn, songbooks by Lou Reed, and even recipes from the Brooklyn-based chocolate brand Mast Brothers. Books can be browsed and purchased on site.

For "music," regular events like "Good Music Parlor," featuring world-class DJs, will be held, alongside live performances by artists across various genres. With its roots in the New York "Blue Note," this venue promises a sophisticated experience of high-quality live music and dining, akin to its sister establishment, "Blue Note Tokyo."
