Limited Release: Wines and Juices from Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture
At "Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Shop CHEF DES CHEFS" on the first floor of the Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building, a limited release of wines and premium juices from Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture, is now available.

The "Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Shop CHEF DES CHEFS" offers a takeout selection of Ginza's finest, curated by chefs and sommeliers. This includes Shiseido Parlour's traditional meat croquettes, deli items like Faru Shiseido pasta sauces, and a curated range of domestic wines.
Shiwa Town in Iwate Prefecture is built upon one of Japan's oldest soil compositions, with a geological history dating back over 400 million years. Blessed with moderate temperature fluctuations, it yields a rich variety of fruits. Among these, grapes are the most abundant in terms of both production volume and cultivation area. Leveraging this advantage, "Jien Jijo Wine Shiwa" cultivates and produces wine from grapes grown in this very region.
Shiseido Parlour is offering a limited release of red and white wines from Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture, along with 100% pure grape and apple juices, under the names "Kizuna Wine" and "Kizuna Juice."
Merlot Barrel Aged 2008 - ¥3,360 (750ml)
A medium-bodied dry red wine, aged for over a year in French oak barrels. This aging process imparts depth to the flavor, resulting in an elegant wine with a lingering finish.
Chardonnay Premium Blend 2010 - ¥3,360 (750ml)
A full-bodied dry white wine with a pleasant balance of rich fruitiness and mellow, vibrant acidity. Blending with barrel-aged wines creates an elegant aroma and a rich umami profile. (Awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2011 National Wine Competition)
Shiwa Town Apple Juice - ¥1,260 (1000ml)
A special blend of several apple varieties, perfectly balanced. This 100% pure, additive-free, and unsweetened straight apple juice captures the natural sweetness and acidity of the fruit.
6-Month Aged Shiwa Town Grape Juice - ¥1,890 (720ml)
Made from 100% "Campbell Early" grapes, known for their refreshing acidity and sweet aroma. After pressing the freshly harvested grapes, an aging period of over six months develops a mellow flavor and rich body. This 100% pure, additive-free, and unsweetened straight grape juice is a true delight.
