A Feast of Dishes Featuring "Sauces"

Since its founding in 1999, Soup Stock Tokyo has provided convenient, quick, warm, and delicious meals for urban dwellers. The family restaurant, 100 Spoonfuls, aims to propose a dining experience that goes beyond "eating alone" to "eating with family" and "eating with loved ones."

The spacious interior boasts high ceilings with 146 seats, plus an additional 32 seats on the terrace. The space is designed to be comfortable yet simple and functional. The menu concept revolves around dishes inspired by nostalgic Western cuisine, enhanced by the diverse "sauces" developed through their expertise in soup making.

The menu features original dishes such as "Lobster and Scallop Sauce Rice" and "Pasta with Lobster Sauce," an adaptation of Soup Stock Tokyo's signature "Lobster Bisque," along with hamburg steaks and stuffed cabbage rolls where you can choose your preferred sauce like tomato or cheese. There are also side dishes that pair well with wine and beer. Furthermore, with children's plates and desserts available for takeout, it promises to be a dining destination for everyone.

In today's busy lives, when families have fewer opportunities to gather around the dinner table, we want people to savor delicious food together slowly. This sentiment is at the heart of 100 Spoonfuls, a new style of family restaurant. Whether with family, friends, or a partner, it's a place to enjoy carefully crafted dishes with those you cherish.
