Clinton St. Baking was founded by the husband-and-wife team Neil Kleinberg and Didi Lemmon in April 2001 in New York's Lower East Side. They offer simple yet exquisite classic dishes made with fresh ingredients, including omelets, sandwiches, eggs Benedict, soups, muffins, and biscuits. Their fluffy, generous pancakes, widely considered the best in New York, are a huge hit not only with New Yorkers but also with tourists from around the world. This is the first overseas location for Clinton St. Baking. They have opened their second global store in Omotesando, a district renowned for its fashion and culture sensitivity.
