Chun Shui Tang (Chun Shui Tang), a popular cafe chain in Taiwan and the originator of tapioca milk tea, is finally making its long-awaited debut in Japan. A Purist Approach with a "Tea Master Certification System"

Founded in 1983, Chun Shui Tang is a cafe chain that boasts national popularity in its native Taiwan as the birthplace of tapioca milk tea. It has a large following among Japanese tourists as well, with lines forming daily.

In addition to developing innovative ways to enjoy tea that align with the times, the company has introduced a "Tea Master Certification System" to preserve and pursue the culture and deliciousness of tea. This system allows only employees who pass the tests to prepare the drinks served to customers.

Furthermore, quality control is rigorously maintained to preserve freshness, using tapioca without additives, flavorings, or preservatives. They also craft their own syrup using flavorful, natural brown sugar, showing consideration for the health of tea lovers.

The first Japanese store features a simple yet sophisticated exterior, emphasizing stone, wood, and greenery. Inside, the space unfolds with a relaxing ambiance, based on an Asian modern aesthetic.

The menu includes the original "Tapioca Milk Tea," a blend of chewy tapioca and fragrant black tea, as well as innovative tea options like the "Tieguanyin Latte," which combines the roasted aroma of Tieguanyin tea with smooth milk foam, and the "Aiyu Jasmine Lemon Tea," a combination of Aiyu jelly and jasmine. The menu features 17 types of drinks and 7 food items, with takeout also available.
