At the Asian-inspired dining room 'Keshiki,' we welcome Thierry Marx, one of the star chefs of French cuisine, for a special course menu available for a limited time from Monday, May 20th to Sunday, May 26th.

Thierry Marx



Thierry Marx, a charismatic figure in the French culinary world and a third-dan judoka, is also a Japanophile. After gaining experience at world-class restaurants such as Ludovic, Taillevent, and Robuchon, he earned his first Michelin star at Le Roquefort in Toulouse in 1988.

In 1991, he received a star at Cheval Blanc in Nîmes, followed by two stars at Château Cordeillan-Bages, where he worked for 10 years. In 2011, he opened 'Sur Mesure par Thierry Marx' at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. He is a highly skilled chef, known as the 'contractor of stars,' who achieved the feat of earning two Michelin stars just six months after opening.




At 'Keshiki,' the Asian-inspired dining room on the 38th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, we welcome Thierry Marx for a seven-day food fair from lunch on Monday, May 20th to lunch on Sunday, May 26th. You can casually savor his creative and innovative cuisine, a fusion of traditional French style and his sensibility, which is familiar with Asia.

For lunch, we offer a 3-course menu for 4800 yen, with a choice of fish or meat dish, and a 4-course menu for 6400 yen, also with a choice of fish or meat dish. Additionally, for dinner, we present a 6-course menu for 12,000 yen, which includes two appetizers, a fish dish, a meat dish, and two desserts, in addition to the 6400 yen menu.
