Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo Hosts Wine Event
Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo, located in Ginza, where the worlds of French maison Chanel and Alain Ducasse converge, is holding a wine event. On Friday, March 15th, a "Wine Atelier" will take place starting at 12:00 PM, followed by a "Wine Dinner" on Saturday, March 16th, at 7:00 PM.

This is a recurring event series hosted by Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo. Each installment focuses on a theme, offering a "Wine Atelier" and "Wine Dinner" to deepen understanding and appreciation of wine alongside cuisine.
The two châteaux selected this time by Gérard Marbejon, the chef sommelier at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo and a recipient of Forbes' "World's Most Influential Sommelier" recognition, are Bordeaux wines: Château Larcis Ducasse and Château Pavie Macquin. Both belong to the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru classification and are characterized by their pure, mineral-rich taste and long finish, achieved through biodynamic farming methods.
The "Wine Atelier" on Friday, March 15th, during lunchtime, will feature a comparative tasting of different vintages from these châteaux, guided by Mr. Marbejon's commentary (with interpretation). Following the tasting, a course menu will be served to complement the wines. The "Wine Dinner" on Saturday, March 16th, will offer a full-course dinner paired with a total of seven wines from the two Grand Cru estates.
These wines, from two châteaux that Gérard Marbejon, a devoted admirer of Saint-Émilion wines with close relationships with their producers, confidently presents, are an experience not to be missed.
